Found fan speeds not working on all functions. Verified blower motor noise. Tested resistor , found input is good. Resistor is not controlling fan motor properly. Blower motor bearing is also worn. Recommend replacing both, Blower motor and resistor

Instrument cluster is intermittently malfunctioning and not correctly displaying coolant temperature. Some warning lights also come off and on intermittently. Test drove vehicle and coolant temp did not get to operating temperature, and poor heater performance. Let vehicle idle and thermostat starting working and vehicle got to operating temp. Heater worked better but not great, possible plugged heater core.

Confirmed customer concern, when vehicle sits for a while and is cold, cam phasers rattle on start up at the front of the engine. No codes stored related to concern. There are several TSBs related to this concern, 21B10, 21N03 , 21N03 recommend PCM update and if that doesn't take care of the problem, Recommend replacing timing chains and phasers. -Did update with no difference in noise. Water pump bearing is showing signs of wear, recommend replacing while it is off
