    • P0035 TURBO BYPASS VALVE A CONTROL CIRCUIT HIGH P0722 OUTPUT SHAFT SPEED SENSOR CIRCUIT NO SIGNAL Test drove vehicle and output shaft speed sensor is working at this time. Turbo bypass valve is not working. Verified power to bypass valve and pcm commanded ground. Turbo bypass valve connector was not fully seated. Seated electrical connector and Turbo bypass valve is now working properly. There is a TSB (16-0008) for code p0722 indicating the lead frame is a known issue. Recommend replacing lead frame in transmission.

    • Found turbo coolant pipes leaking on drivers side. Recommend replacing pipes and fittings for coolant.
    • Exhaust manifolds leaking both sides. Has broken studs. Drivers is the worst. Recommend replacing exhaust manifolds and extracting broken studs.
    • Has stored codes p0218 p0219 and p1783. Found transmission fluid burnt and over full. Recommend servicing transmission but would warn that it may make problem worse and transmission my need to be replaced.

    • TRANSMISSION ASSEMBLY – Remove & Replace – 3.5L Eng

    • Park brake assist module shows code B1B46:14 which indicates a short to ground or power on the RR inner proximity sensor. Checked connections on the 4 rear sensors and found 1 of 3 wires to connector broken. Replace RR proximity sensor. Picture of damaged connector is on the inspection under miscellaneous.
    • LF flexible hose to caliper is split wide open. Picture on inspection.
    • PARKING AID SENSOR – Remove & Replace – Rear,One – [DOES NOT include refinishing (where applicable).]
    • A/C COMPRESSOR DRIVE BELT – Remove & Replace – 3.5L Eng,Turbocharger – [Includes: R&I Alternator Belt.]

    • DISC ROTOR – Remove & Replace – Rear,Both,w/ Manually Operated parking brake – [Includes: Repack Wheel Bearings (where applicable) and replace Pads (if necessary). DOES NOT include refinishing.]
    • SHOCK &/OR STRUT ASSEMBLY – Remove & Install or Remove & Replace – Both – [DOES NOT include disassemble or alignment.]
