    • Inspected spark plugs, idled engine and monitored fuel trim. Found downstream oxygen sensors staying lean. Recommend replacing oxygen sensor downstream possibly all four, tune up including plugs, clean throttle, Fuel injection service,Then relean fuel trims.
    • FUEL INJECTOR – Clean – [Includes: Disable fuel supply system, run Engine on pressurized injector detergent. DOES NOT include R&I Injectors.]
    • SPARK PLUGS – Remove & Replace – V8 (16 Spark Plugs)
    • SPARK PLUG WIRE SET – Remove & Replace – V8 Secondary,All

    • After installation, vehicle overheated, shut vehicle off, checked coolant and coolant was boiling out of the reservoir, and low, next step is to block test, block tested and vehicle did fail for exhaust gasses in cooling system , showing the head gasket is blown. recommend replacing head gasket. Refilled coolant before customer picked up vehicle.

    • 25 POINT INSPECTION
    • Check engine light is on. Further diagnostics may be required. Engine code: P0520 P1521 Oil change required light on upon start up. Oil level very low. Performed oil change. Cleared DTCs. Road tested. Started car multiple times, no check engine light returning at this time. If check engine light returns, will need further diagnosis for oil pressure sensor circuit issues.
    • Diagnosed leak in front of engine. Found radiator leaking at tank seam on passenger side. Recommend replacing radiator. See pictures attached to inspection.
    • OIL PRESSURE SENDER OR SWITCH – Remove & Replace
    • Performed lube oil and filter change
    • REMOVE AND CLEAN BATTERY TERMINALS, replaced negative battery terminal
    • Removed and replaced radiator and bled cooling system
