    • Has codes for catalytic converter P0420 and code for the throttle body P2101. Monitored the o2 sensors and found that bank 2 sensor 1 and bank 2 sensor 2 were mirroring each other. Bank 2 cat needs replaced. Throttle body will be cleaned, if code comes back after being cleared the throttle body will need replaced.

    • DASH LIGHTS- ONE BULB OUT OTHERS ARE DIM
    • The transfer case is leaking from the case seal as well as the input shaft seal and both output shaft seals. The mount is also torn and will cause excessive movement. Recommend resealing the transfer case and replacing the seals and the mount.
    • Tested circuit found not getting power to connector at the bulb. Checked fuse found loose connection with the fuse and the wrong fuse in its place. Replaced with proper fuse. Left high beam working correctly at this time.
    • Found broken connector on passenger's side washer. Replaced connector.
    • TRANSFER CASE ASSEMBLY – Remove, Install, and reseal- 2500 HD,Gas/CNG,6.0L Eng
    • INSTRUMENT CLUSTER – Remove & Replace – [Includes: Programming.]
    • REBUILD CLUSTER
    • PINION SHAFT SEAL – Remove & Replace – 2500 HD Full Floating Axle

    • Inspect/Recharge Battery and check charging system
    • Found 4.5a battery draw. Draw went away when driver door was opened, with latch shut. Found driver door was pushing on seat switches when shut due to plastic on seat being broken. Removed switches from plastic and temporary relocated, and draw went away with driver's door shut. P0036 h02s heater control circuit bank 1 sensor 2 and p0056 h02s heater circuit bank 2 sensor 2 set in pcm immediately. Recommend diagnosis.
    • Attempted evap service bay test but fuel level was too low. Added fuel and pump never shut off. Vehicle is equipped with original design vent solenoid which there is an updated part for. Recommed installing updated vent solenoid and rechecking.
