- P2122 accelerator pedal position sensor 1 circuit low. P0642 sensor reference voltage 1 circuit low. P1618 sensor reference voltage 1 erratic. P1129 closed loop fueling not achieved-bank 2 upstream. P1128 closed loop fueling not achieved-bank 1 upstream. Monitored vref circuit 1 while wiggling wiring/tapping sensors on that vref circuit. Followed wiring down by the oil filter housing before it goes to the crankshaft position sensor and found the wire loom had rotted away and the wire rubbed against the block, when the wire touches the block, that vref circuit is lost or low voltage. Repair wiring and wrap/secure wiring so it doesn't rub again.
