- Observed fuel tank pressure while using scan tool to command vent solenoid open and closed pressure continued to go up even when open. Inspected evap system found plug in vent tube. Smoke tested evap system and found the vent not closing when commanded or when given power and ground directly. Recommend replacing vent solenoid.
